We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 AUSPEN conference will be hosted in sunny Brisbane 14-16 November 2024.

We’ve got a fantastic program planned that is set to celebrate the many faces and facets of clinical nutrition, from consumer led research and the future directions of nutrition care to specialist workshops on paediatrics and intestinal failure, to name a few.

Set on the background of the Brisbane River and the vibrant Southbank area, the Brisbane Convention Centre will be bursting with sessions and workshops from local and national leaders in clinical nutrition.  Our program will inspire and equip you to progress your clinical practice and research projects, while continuing to build your professional networks.

We’re excited to announce the wonderful Dr Carla Prado as our keynote speaker.  Dr Prado is the Director of the Human Nutrition Research Unit, at Alberta Canada.  She is a leader in body composition research, with a particular interest in how body composition and sarcopenia impacts cancer recurrence, treatment, and survival, as well as its impact on other chronic diseases. In addition to her nutritional expertise, Dr Prado was recognized in Canada’s Top 40 under 40 Awards – this is one speaker you will not want to miss!
